Family Ramen Nguyễn Hữu Huân is a restaurant in Hanoi's Old Quarter, below Long Biên Bridge, serving Japanese-style ramen, rice bowls, and side dishes. Its menu includes tan tan noodles, chicken, niku udon, and a beef rice bowl set that comes with miso soup, kimchi, and sesame salad. The indoor space is large and ventilated, decorated with old Japanese movie posters and One Piece costumes, and kept clean.
