Essence Restaurant

Essence Restaurants Original is a Vietnamese restaurant on the ninth floor of a hotel next to the train tracks in Hanoi. It serves bun cha, banh xeo and pho, with the bun cha pork brought out sizzling on a hot stone plate and a spicy soy sauce available to add heat. Prices are higher than at other restaurants. The restaurant has been open since 2011.
