Chosim Restaurant

Miding Chosim is a Korean restaurant in My Dinh, Hanoi, where beef and pork are cooked over a grill. Staff grill the meat and serve several side dishes. In the evening, the staff member who started grilling may leave the table, so the meat can burn or cook all at once, and on weekends fewer staff are on hand, so service is slow. Walk-ins are turned away, so a reservation is required.
