Bún Thang Bà Đức is a street restaurant in Hanoi's Old Quarter that serves bún thang, a chicken noodle soup. The noodles come topped with chicken and thin egg strips, with a plate of assorted offal on the side. A bowl of offal that was not ordered arrives with the meal, or is charged as an extra order, and this has happened repeatedly. The seating is dirty and smells.
