Bún riêu Nam Bộ and bún bò Huế are served at a street food stall near Hoàn Kiếm Lake in Hanoi. The bún riêu contains blood cubes, round meatballs, beef meatballs and pork trotters, while the bún bò Huế comes in a large bowl with thick noodles and various meats. Vinegar and chili are added to the bún bò Huế, and herbs and vegetables accompany the bún riêu. The space is small and damp, and when it gets crowded, several groups share one table.
