Bánh mì Trâm

Bánh mì Trâm is a local restaurant near the train track village in Hanoi that serves wine-based beef stew, sot vang, and bánh mì. The sot vang contains beef and cilantro, and the baguette is dipped into the broth, while the bánh mì set comes with ham and vegetables on the side so you assemble it yourself. Ordering sot vang includes one bánh mì by default, and there is an air-conditioned room inside as well as seating on the second floor across the street. Tables are dirty and the space is cramped.
