Bánh Bao Hoạt Nguyễn (ngon nhất HN)

Bánh Bao Hoạt Nguyễn is a small shop in the Nguyễn Hữu Huân alley of Hanoi's Old Quarter that sells bánh bao filled with pork, egg, mushroom and glass noodles, along with soy milk. The buns are large and soft, hold a generous amount of meat, and the small batches made at one time sell out quickly when orders pile up. The bánh bao are shaped and steamed on site, only cash is accepted, and once they run out you have to wait for the next steamer batch. There are only about two tables for seating inside the shop.
