Velas Sky Bar is a rooftop cocktail bar on the 11th floor of the Minerva Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, overlooking St. Joseph's Cathedral and the city. It serves cocktails, mocktails, local dishes and dinner, with a choice of classic and original cocktails. From sunset into the night, the bar offers a 360-degree panorama of Hanoi and music set against the cathedral. Hotel guests receive a voucher for a free cocktail or beer.
