Pine & Dine Skybar and Restaurant is a rooftop bar on the 14th floor of Hanoi Bendesir Hotel, serving cocktails and local beer. From 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., its cocktail and wine happy hour offers a second drink when you buy one. The bar overlooks Long Bien Bridge and Hoan Kiem Lake. It has two sections, with a roof that covers the space when it rains, and the food selection is limited.
