New seoul Pocha is a Korean-style pocha in a semi-basement near Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. It serves naengsam, jeyuk bokkeum, and stews, along with tuna kimchi stew, old-style tteokbokki, steamed egg, and kimchi fried rice. A plate of jeyuk bokkeum comes in portions for two to three people. Staff grill the samgyeopsal (pork belly) at the table, and it comes with pa jeori and stew, with free refills of kimchi.
