Vườn hoa Bác Cổ is a small flower park inside the Hanoi History Museum, near the junction of Tràng Tiền and Trần Quang Khải streets. The shaded, quiet space has public facilities including a smart water purifier and a smart restroom. The park is small enough to walk through in about two hours. The public restroom is locked or has broken taps, and its hygiene is poor.
