Sheraton Grand Danang Resort is a large resort hotel on the outskirts of Danang. It has a 250m-long swimming pool, spacious and clean rooms, and a large chandelier in the lobby. Service requests take a long time to be handled, and some desk staff have difficulty communicating in English, so phone responses are not smooth. There are broken tiles on the pool floor, so care is needed when using it barefoot.
