Highlands Coffee VTV8

Highlands Coffee VTV8 is a large cafe in Da Nang, located across from the Dragon Bridge. It serves coconut coffee, matcha latte, and a lemongrass peach tea. Seating is spread across the first floor, the second floor, and an outdoor area, and the air conditioning is strong enough that the Dragon Bridge fire show can be watched through the full-length windows. The toilet has a problem where the water does not flush.
