The Top Bar is a rooftop bar on the 23rd floor of the A La Carte Hotel in Da Nang, across from My Khe Beach. It serves cocktails, mocktails, and coffee. Guests can view the sea and the city in all directions while drinking. Non-hotel guests can take the elevator up directly, and drink prices are on the high side.
