Ximen Honglou is a 1908 red-brick heritage building in Taipei that holds souvenir shops, craft workshops, and exhibition spaces. It sits a one- to two-minute walk from Exit 1 and Exit 6 of Ximen Station in Ximending. Built as Taiwan's first public market, the building served as a public market and performance venue and is now a Grade 3 historic site used as an arts and culture space. Shops take up most of the interior, so visitors expecting exhibitions will find limited displays.
