Sushi Hwa is a Japanese restaurant in Daejeon that serves sushi alongside altang and daegu malgeuntang. The pan sushi set comes with kimchi, and the altang contains many large roe. Lunch requires a reservation in advance, and while the soups come out relatively quickly, sushi can take about 45 minutes. Parking is difficult.
