Subarashii

Subarashii Ramen Main Branch is a Japanese ramen shop near Chungnam National University in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Its signature Subarashii Ramen comes with a pork bone tonkotsu broth, minced garlic, cheongyang chili, and black garlic oil, giving it a spicy, sharp flavor. At lunchtime the line is long, and after the meal rush there is sometimes no wait. The tonkotsu and shoyu tend toward a strong salty taste.
