Sankaku Chungdaejeom is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Gung-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. It serves a Karairamen and chashu deopbap set, as well as a yubu udon and bulgogi onigiri set. The Karairamen has a heat level comparable to Yeolramyeon, a rich meat-based broth, and thin, tender chashu. Customers handle many tasks themselves, making the process confusing at first.
