Mainne House

Mine House is a restaurant in Gung-dong, near Chungnam National University in Daejeon. It serves dakgalbi and duck meat, with udon, cheese, and bokkeumbap available as additions. The dakgalbi is seared first for a charred flavor, then cooked in the kitchen so it arrives ready to eat, and the spice level can be adjusted. Adding the extra ingredients makes the portion large enough that two people can eat and still have leftovers.
