Yujin Makguksu

Yujin Makguksu is a noodle shop in Itaewon, Seoul, that serves makguksu and bossam together. The makguksu comes as a bibim dish, with the broth served in a kettle so you can pour it in partway through and finish it as mul makguksu. It has operated at the same spot since 1986, and parking is difficult. Waits are sometimes long.
