Yoo's Barbecue Lab

Yoo Yong-uk Barbecue Research Institute is a barbecue restaurant in Namyeong-dong, Seoul. The course includes smoked oysters, Iberico bacon, signature beef ribs, and pine mushroom sotbap. Reservations are very difficult to secure, and meals are served in a dark private space with lighting and music. Eating the rich meats in succession feels heavy.
