Yongsan Hoejip

Yongsan Hoejip is a long-established raw fish restaurant in Yongsan, Seoul, serving specialty cuts and hoe-deopbap. The dinner course comes out in order: gwamegi, yellowtail intestine muchim, yellowtail hoe, sushi, jiri, maeuntang, jorim, and grilled salmon. The lunch hoe-deopbap is served with maeuntang, and the hoe can be refilled in small portions if it runs short. The specialty cuts and the dinner omakase divide opinion.
