Yongsan Chang

Changhwadon is a Seoul restaurant that grills pork and pork offal over charcoal. It par-cooks its mixed grill platter and samgyeopsal over firewood, and also serves pork maeuntang and jjolmyeon. Staff grill most of the meat for customers, and the second floor takes group reservations for 35 to 38 people. The restaurant opens only in the afternoon, and the interior is on the noisy side.
