Yang In Hwan Dae Geukjin

Yang In Hwan Dae Geukjin is a high-end lamb omakase restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, a one-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sinyongsan Station. It grills cuts of lamb that are otherwise hard to find and pairs them with traditional liquor. The restaurant takes only two teams per day, each of four to six people, and some bookings have waited over a year after reserving. Because the courses are meat-heavy, the later part of the meal feels repetitive.
