Wonjo Sutbul Barbecue

Wonjo Sutbul Barbecue is a whole-chicken barbecue restaurant in Yongsan-gu's Yongmun Market that grills over charcoal instead of frying. Ordering the salt barbecue and the seasoned barbecue half and half lets you try both the clean charcoal-grilled flavor and the house-made seasoning. After ordering, the par-cooked chicken is grilled again over charcoal and dipped in and out of the seasoning, and food usually takes about 10 minutes. Leftover chicken can be packed for takeout, and the small space means seating is limited.
