Ueno

Ueno is a Japanese restaurant near Samgakji Station in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, serving home-style Japanese food and handmade donkatsu. Its sous-vide katsudon is crisp outside and soft inside, and the shrimp curry comes with fried shrimp on top. Orders are placed at a kiosk and cooking happens in an open kitchen, with set meals including rice, side dishes, and salad that can be refilled. The second-floor seating area is small.
