The Boilers

The Boilers serves American barbecue in the basement of a building in the Yongsan electronics market area of Seoul. Orders are placed as platters of uhdae galbi, pork ribs, and pulled pork, eaten with bread and sides. The space is large and the draft beer selection is varied, and each platter comes with several sides. Music and conversation fill the room, making talk difficult, and ventilation is poor.
