Takemoto

Takemoto is a Japanese restaurant in Huam-dong that serves udon and rice bowls. The tempura udon comes with the udon and the shrimp, octopus and crown daisy tempura served separately, while the dontoro arrives topped with pork jowl and vegetables. The udon is served in a ttukbaegi, so the hot broth stays hot for a long time, and a line starts forming around noon. The seasoning across the Japanese dishes runs strong, with a pronounced salty note.
