Taehyang

Taehyang is a Chinese restaurant in the alleyways of the jjokbangchon in Dongja-dong, across from Seoul Station. Its tangsuyuk is the bokmeok style, tossed in sauce, and the menu also includes samseon jjamppong, bokkeum jjamppong, and haemul ganjjajang. Inside, you write your order on a menu slip and leave it on the table, and a large seating area is up on the second floor around the side of the building. Cooking can take about 40 minutes, so the wait is long.
