SZIMPATIKUS Restaurant Yongsan is a fusion Italian restaurant in Yongsan, Seoul. The menu includes gochujang oil and pollock roe cream pasta, beef brisket and gosari pasta, and udae galbi risotto. The risotto combines Korean ingredients such as songo mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and fried bangpung leaves. There is a wait in the evening, and walk-ins are difficult, so reservations are needed.
