Sushi San Blue

Sushi San Blue is a casual brand of Jamsil Sushi San, serving sushi and kaisendon near the Ibis Hotel in Yongsan. Its signature items are omakase, handed directly across the counter, and kaisendon. Omakase is reserved by phone, eaten seated at the counter while listening to the chef describe each dish. The uni in the kaisendon is disappointing.
