Suak is an udon restaurant in Seoul that serves nabe udon and rice bowls. Its signature dish is nabe udon with katsuobushi aroma and a sweet tsuyu broth, and it also serves tendon, tonkatsu don, and kim-chobap. The restaurant moved from Bocheon, a Japanese restaurant in Ichon-dong. The nabe udon noodles are soft and spread out, so diners expecting chewy noodles may be disappointed.
