Soso Makchang

Sosomakchang is a Seoul restaurant serving grilled makchang (beef abomasum). Its green onion makchang is served with green onion to cut the richness, and the menu also includes dwitgogi and kkeopdegi for grilling. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m., and the popular green onion makchang can sell out, leading to a wait. There is no dedicated parking lot, so arriving by car is difficult.
