Sonmun Daegu Makchang Galmaegisal Yongsan

Sonmun Daegu Makchang Galmaegisal is a meat restaurant between Yongsan Station and Sinyongsan Station that serves Daegu makchang and galmaegisal. The galmaegisal and makchang are grilled once in the kitchen and then reheated over table charcoal, and the meal comes with noodles on the side. After 8 p.m. there is almost no wait, and during busy hours dining is limited to two hours. The makchang is chewier than the galmaegisal and its characteristic savory flavor is milder.
