Sinmeoi Ssalguksu Sukdae Bonjeom is a pho restaurant in the Sukdae area of Yongsan, Seoul. The pho focuses on the flavour of the broth, and diners pay at a kiosk before serving themselves water and side dishes. After eating, diners return their dishes to the collection station. The portions are large enough for one woman to leave some, and the restaurant is suitable for solo diners.
