Near Haebangchon’s Sinheung Market, Sinheung Baekgomtang serves baekgomtang with a light, clean broth. The gomtang portions are large enough for a filling meal, and kkakdugi is served with it. There is little toryeomhan bap in the soup. The bean sprouts retain a burnt taste.
