Sandong is a Japanese restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, serving tendon topped with fried shrimp and vegetables. Its Sandong tendon comes with two shrimp, lotus root, oyster mushroom, chili, zucchini and fish cake, and the rice is mixed with a soft egg and sauce. Two seats for waiting are at the entrance, and orders are prepaid at a kiosk inside before cooking in batches of about four servings. The wait can run 30 to 40 minutes.
