Susumu is a wine bar in Ichon-dong, Seoul, that serves wine alongside food. It offers gambas, Sichuan-style fried chicken wings, and highballs, and an open kitchen lets you watch the cooking. The wine ordering policy has changed, so house wine is now an option as well. Wine and food are on the pricier side.
