Seonmyeong Gui

Seonmyeong Gu-iga is a meat restaurant in Huam-dong, Seoul, serving Jeju-style geun-gogi and black pork. Staff grill the thick-cut meat over a yeontan fire and serve it with meljeot for dipping. Meat can be ordered by the serving, with kimchi gukbap or kimchi stew on the side. The meat costs more than regular samgyeopsal (pork belly).
