Seomjip

Seomjip is a restaurant in Yongsan, Seoul, serving Korean dishes such as kkotgetang, ganjang gejang, and kimchi jjim. The chamge kkotgetang comes in a spicy broth made with chili peppers and chili seeds, and a two-person serving contains about three crabs, while the ganjang gejang is eaten by mixing rice into the crab shell. Weekend reservations can be made through Naver, and the restaurant uses floors two through four, with reserved guests directed straight to the third floor. Portion sizes run small depending on the menu.
