Seohane Gimbap

Seohane Gimbap is a small gimbap shop in the Samgakji area of Seoul that sells vegetable gimbap, jinmichae gimbap, and flying fish roe gimbap for takeout. The rolls are thick, with a higher proportion of vegetables than rice, and the flavor is mild rather than salty. There is no seating inside, so takeout is the only option, and the vegetables are placed and rolled in front of you. Raw carrot is included, so it is better to avoid this shop if you dislike carrot.
