Sarangbang Chamsut Hwaro Gui is a meat restaurant in Huam-dong, Seoul, next to the 108 Stairs, that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork galbi. The pork is par-grilled over charcoal, and the kimchi and bean sprouts are grilled in pork fat. The par-grilled meat takes little time to finish, and an order of naengmyeon (cold noodles) comes with two servings. It is open until 10 p.m., has no parking, and the small space can mean a wait.
