Sanseong Kalguksu

Sanseong Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop in Seoul that serves sujebi kalguksu and seafood or perilla-seed kalguksu. Noodles are pulled and boiled to order, and spinach is added to make a green noodle. Ordering kalguksu comes with barley rice at no extra charge, and when the shop is busy customers pay by card themselves. The space is small, so arriving late during lunch hours means there are no seats.
