NOCT

Nokteu is a wine bar on the second floor of The River, a building on the water at Banpo Hangang Park in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It looks out over the Han River, and the menu includes pecorino cream pasta, squid (hanchi) risotto, beef tartare, and non-alcoholic wine. Floor-to-ceiling windows show the sunset through to the night view, star lights come on across the ceiling, and live jazz is played. The drinks list centers on wine and soft drinks, with no beer or cocktails.
