Neighbors is a cafe and dining spot in Sinheung Market in Haebangchon, Seoul, serving Melbourne-style brunch with coffee and pie. Its signature items are shakshuka with eggs and bacon in a spicy tomato sauce, a limited-quantity ricotta hotcake, and banoffee pie. Orders are placed by QR code at the table, and it is open from 11:00 to 23:00, with brunch from 11:00 to 16:00. The wagyu steak is cooked very rare and has a strong meat smell.
