Maru Kalguksu

Maru Kalguksu in Seoul serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and bibim noodles. The noodles are made in-house, and the spicy kalguksu is hot. A woman runs the restaurant, cooking in the style of a grandmother’s home cooking. There is ample seating, but ordered kalguksu takes a little time to arrive.
