Lotteria Seoul-yeoksajeom is on the first floor of Seoul Station, on the same floor as the ticket counters. It serves Double hanwoo bulgogi, hanwoo bulgogi burger, and hatkeurispi beogeo. Pickup after ordering is usually quick even when the restaurant is crowded. The seats are uncomfortable, and there are times when no seats are available.
