Kuma Banjeom

Kuma Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, directly in front of Samgakji Station Exit 9. It serves ganjjajang, jjamppong, and buljjajang. The ganjjajang is made by stir-frying raw onion to order for a smoky flavor, and it comes with a bowl of rice to mix into the thick sauce. The jjamppong has a generous broth, is not very spicy, and uses almost no MSG, and the dining room is set up for eating alone.
