Junghwagaekjan Su

Jungwha Gaekjan Su is a Chinese restaurant in the center of Yongnidan-gil that serves dishes including tangsuyuk and junghwa gukbap. Its signature han don saeng deungsim tangsuyuk fries thick cuts of pork until crisp and tops them with pa-chae, while junghwa gukbap adds bokkeum bap and a fried egg to jjamppong broth. It opens at 11 a.m. and has window bar seats and rooms, so it can be used for eating alone or for group gatherings. Jjajangmyeon and jjamppong are more ordinary than the junghwa gukbap and tangsuyuk.
