Jeongseong Sonkalguksu

Jeongseong Son Kalguksu is an old noodle shop in Yongsan, Seoul, serving kalguksu, mandu soup, and bossam. Its kalguksu noodles have a different shape from ordinary noodles, and the bibim noodles are made with buckwheat noodles that snap apart. In the evening, many customers pair bossam with drinks, and the potato pancake is thick and chewy. The broth and noodle seasoning in the kalguksu and mandu soup are salty.
